This is our final year undergraduate project under the module "Capstone Computing Project". It was a year long Research and Development project based on Deep Learning.
For the first time in Sri Lanka, We developed a translator which utilizes a trained transformer model to translate Singlish Sentences to proper Sinhala and English Sentences. The dataset for model training was provided by our client. The necessary datasets for Text Normalization and Sentiment Analysis was created by the team.
I was responsible for Front-end development, Text Normalization and Email Service. We recieved highly positive client and supervisor feedback.
